About our Speaker:

Ron Hetrick is the Vice President, Staffing Strategy and Sr. Labor Economist at Lightcast.  Experienced corporate economist. former BLS and private economist, and author of articles on the labor economy including "The Demographic Drought", "Who is going to do the work?" and "The Rising Storm" released in late 2024 as well as director of data analysis teams. I am a keynote speaker on the labor market and have presented economic and corporate data findings to large companies, numerous trade associations, local governments as well as internal executives.
