DON'T LET THE TOPIC FOOL YOU:
Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) refers to alternate methods of conception.  The technology has transformed family planning but it has also raised important legal and estate planning questions.  Estate planning must address how the different types of parentage impact inheritance rights, legal recognition, and what happens to the genetic material after death.

Christina will discuss the history and background of ART, the laws addressing ART, parental rights and responsibilities, property considerations, divorce considerations, and inheritance rights of posthumously conceived children.
